“Pros: Our neighbors across the street were so kind . I miss them Cons: The neighbors under us at all hours of the day/night playing the same shitty base song on repeat. It would vibrate our floors it was so loud. Kill the roaches. Don’t feed or water them after midnight! Major roach problems . Advice to landlord: Please have better bug control!!!”

Danny was always responsive 24-36 hrs max. Cons: Having lived on the Ally/ street side, there was always noise and trash days were particularly noisy as Danny handled the recycling but we understand this is something that can not be avoided. There is also a neighbor in the building next door that plays music really loud on the weekends.”
