“Unit B Pros: The rent is great and management is very responsive. The floorplan is nice because it's a railroad apartment the two bedrooms are not next to each other at all. Cons: Laundry in building never worked, slight issues with roaches/bugs (usually fixed when we call pest control), some street noise because there is a bar right next door. Advice to landlord: Fix the laundry and maintain more cleanliness for the hallways”

Cons: The landlord RARELY replies, really only is ever in contact about rent/resigning. Cockroaches— and landlord didn’t help out. the unit is always too hot even in winter Some rooms don’t have enough light for the price Advice to landlord: Please invest in pest control and respond to your tenants. Charge fair prices for shittier rooms.”
