“Pros: Quiet buildings nestled within residential area Street parking Adequate heat Cons: Walk up but only 2-3 stories Rental agents have nasty attitudes Getting maintenance done can be like pulling teeth Advice to landlord: Get new agents/staff in office and teach them how to have sense of urgency and how to deal with the clients they serve (residents)”

“Pros: Maintenance is always on top of the garbage and it’s easy to schedule repairs. Cons: Some of the neighbors are sketchy and the office can’t really do anything about it no matter how much you complain.”

“Pros: Location is accessible to all public transportation and highways. Cons: Very dirty and unkept. Mildew on outside of building. Grounds not maintained. Hallways not sanitize, swept and mopped. Advice to landlord: Maintenance is key to retaining better property value. There is no one being held accountable for their productivity or lack there of.”
