“Unit 3R Pros: Nice air flow and natural lighting. Close to the train. Nice location. Cons: Roaches (landlord did send pest control but it was ineffective) mice, somewhat dirty. Advice to landlord: Do pest control for the entire building!”

“Pros: Super is really nice and really helpful, keeps common areas clean and deals with the trash etc Cons: They put an alarm on the roof, units are pretty small, appliances are cheap and not great. Also the building has roaches.”
