“Unit 10A Pros: Hector the super is lovely and I never had an issue with packages being stolen, despite being on a busy street. If you're on the Park Ave side (A-line) it can be noisy. Cons: Primary issue was a persistent rodent issue that wasn't addressed. They laid traps a few times but there was an instance where we caught one and the super was away so no one was available to help dispose of it. Caught ~8 mice while living here. Advice to landlord: Address rodent issue.”

“Pros: I loved this building. It is clean and well maintained. It is run by a great company, I had zero complaints. Everything works and rarely had an issue (if ever). It is well priced for the location, level of services, quality of apartments, and amenities. It is a secret hidden gem! Apartments are also big for the area and renovated!! Cons: Literally no cons Advice to landlord: Build more buildings lol”
