Pros: - Super is responsive and keeps the building clean - Apartments are spacious - Walls are relatively soundproof Cons: - Sometimes the water temperatures can be off. Its either too hot or too cold. - There were two instances where dirty water came out of the tap

Unit 4K Pros: Great size for a studio, larger than some one bedrooms in the building. Very responsive and helpful super! Cons: Low floors didn’t have great natural light Advice to landlord: None
