“Unit 16 Pros: The Super lives in the building and available mostly always, he’s on top of cleanliness and making sure everything’s in order. Cons: I had cockroach problem and fruit fly issue in the summer, although they did have pest control come one a month, I think it’s because of our next-door neighbors.
