“Unit 3c Pros: Never any pest issues, clean building, great location, mostly respectful neighbors Cons: Stolen packages, no nearby laundry Advice to landlord: Cameras in the hallway to look out for package thieves”

“Pros: Great area and outdoor space Cons: Management is slow to respond. Super is impossible to contact and doesn’t work after 6pm so if you have an emergency you are on your own. Maintenance work is the bare minimum and usually requires another visit at his own pace. Look elsewhere. Advice to landlord: Take better care of your building and your tenants.”
