Pool, many apartments with nice views, walls are relatively thick so don’t hear neighbors, restaurants on site, close to subway You've got a number of young medical professionals that live here that I believe Urby uses to jack prices up. Lots of dogs that pee everywhere and bark. pricey. Can be difficult to get faulty appliances fixed. I also felt that the application process was shady. I have lived in a number of buildings all over NYC and URBY was the most difficult. They will most likely tell you that you need to get one of the guarantor companies in order for your application to be approved. These services cost money on top of a Ericey Alat. Electric bills are high for a newer building. Make more of en effort to keep the residents that you want at Urby to stay at Urby. I find that depending on the floor You've got loud obnoxious residents or residents how smoke all day in there apartments, residents that don’t pay rent on time etc.
