Be wary before moving here. There's a bed bug infestation that residents are not being made well aware of and that continues to be an issue. Property mgmt doesn’t care and just wants their rent paid. No loyalty to people that have lived her for years. Lack of timely are any communication with property mgmt. There’s also a lot of cockroaches, water bugs and sightings of other vermin.

I was renting out one of their apartments in Queens. They call it "luxury," but It's anything but that. The Btructure staff is Nharming, but the property managers are dismissive and only care about the bottom line. I've had issues with heating during the winter, issues with extremely high humid levels, a large toxic mold problem (which other tenants have complained about as well), rodents, roaches, and overall unhygienic Btructure maintenance. The shared laundry room is full of rusted machines that are never cleaned, and smell musty and moldy. There has been major ceiling leaks, There's no ventilation or fan circulation in the washroom so the paint cracks and chips away. For the sake of my health, I had to leave this Ppot. It isn't worth the price.
