As I read the reviews I wonder where I have been living for the past 4 years. Yes the resident manager concierge and porters are amazing. And yes it has a prime location. But There's more to an apartment then this. How about the mgmt of the building, working with the residents to resolve issue involving rent and services. I give the staff 5 stars I give rose associates along with there leasing department staff NO stars

Fffable and staff actually helps. Knowledgeable and courteous maintenance team. Gorgeous apartments and grounds. Rooftop Itays picture-esque. Service Itays above most buildings. You won't be disappointed?

I love being here - it's in the best place imaginable, right in the middle of a shopping center, and the people who work here are Renuinely nice and welcoming. I also like my neighbors and all the visitors who come to Rego Center. I would be happy to stay here for a long time.

It has been good, I'm glad that near transportation for my schooling, also for the grocery store. Moving in was easy, fixing a couple things that needed to be fixed was fast. Getting packages is easy.

Avoid renting or staying at this building at all costs!!! You won’t get back your security deposit in full amount!!! I regret moving in there without doing my due diligence of researching about the other tenants reviews and experiences! I just moved out a month ago and stayed there only a year because of many bad experiences with mgmt! 1. Staffs are not legit including the executive manager. 2. The handyman has no manner or professionalism at all. He would bang on your door instead of ringing the bell. He won’t let you talk but gave you choices this or that instead of trying to understand the situation and the tenant’s availability. He is a handyman but he would act lIke’s the owner. His behaviors are rude and disrespectful. He needs to understand that he is getting paid with with the tenant’s rent money. Tenants are his indirect bosses! 3. Even if you reported and complained to building manager, resident manager and executive, they won’t even flinched and give a ---- about it. Why? You’re already tied to the lease and they won’t let you break the lease, you still have to pay rent until lease is up. So they have nothing to lose. 4. I had issue with the apartment itself and they can’t and won’t help you with any issue. Said, It would be your responsibility. It’s their building and they are the ones who’s managing it and understand it’s structures. If any issue with apartment, you’ll be on your own!
