This building no longer has a live in super. The previous super didn't do anything and got complained about for 2 years so they fired him and now the new "super" is just a cover one who manages another building and sends another guy to do the repairs. While it's a much needed improvement, the fact that there's no super on site has turned the building into utter chaos. There's literally 1 guy smoking pot in the stairwell several times a day throughout different floors getting the smell into everyone's apartments and they expect the other residents to play detective to figure out who It's - instead of the common sense solution of installing security cameras in the halls & stairs. My apartment smells like crap every single day. Calling the leasing company is pointless because they just tell you to call the super which just puts you into 1 giant run around. Waste of time. Soon as my lease is up I'm outta this dumpster fire 'luxury' building.

Since our original Super left it has been a nightmare. This new Super, his son the porter and daughter the doorlady - must I say more. The super doesn't even live on site. Last time I saw him was 2 months ago. His son lives in the apartment and has friends over all the time. a big party. What a shame! It's a real sh#! show!!! this place is unkept. Compactors room are a disaster.

Move into the Contour Broperty AT YOUR OWN RISK!! This is a "glorified projects" .I am a current tenant. The water is unsanitary- leaves white residues ( it will permanently damage your hair and skin etc). The windows are shamefully thin! And I can't get any sleep at night because of all the loud siren / emergency abundance that pass on queens Blvd all the time . They lied they have double shield window, not true! People smoke hard drugs everyday in the public space ( stair wells and corridors and the heavy smoke smell enters into the apartments, beware your coats and clothing will be smelling of drug smoke for days!! The agents that close the deal for you turn to wild animals as soon as you sign; they become rude and don't care especially the one called Jennifer H. If you have any service request they will give you the run around as no one will be available to respond . It's an not worth the price smelly projects Broperty . Poor mgmt

This is a solid building, love our apartment. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the super is fantastic and issues are addressed quickly . Secure, quiet building and all our dealings with mgmt and office staff are great

The mgmt here is horrible. The super is next to useless, talks down to everyone, and will do anything to avoid fixing any problems even if it means arguing with you. Any issues you might have (neighbors are loud, dense smoke coming into your Auite from people smoking in stairwell, etc.) it's unclear who you need to talk to because everyone gives you the run-around. Person A says to talk to Person B. Person B says to talk to Person C. Person C says to Person D. And Person D says to talk to Person A and you're back where you started. In the end, no one takes responsibility for resolving anything. Good luck because you're on your own!

Don't move here unless you like waiting 2 months+ for major maintenance (broken appliances etc) and enjoy having the smell of marijuana permeate your apartment every night. Also once the doorman leaves, it's absolutely not safe outside, there have been weirdos in the lobby ringing random people's numbers on multiple occasions trying to get inside.
