Pros: It’s cheap. Your located near public transit that runs well. Cons: Everything else. Bed bugs, roaches, flies, mice. The tenants are nosey and mean. The hounds are poorly maintained. There is trash everywhere. It takes years to be considered for a apartment. Advice to landlord: Get more staff to maintain the grounds and be more responsive to tenant complaints
