Unit 3M Pros: Close to the train, staff in the building is very nice, our apartment of 2bds 2bath is very big and had tons of closet space, which is VERY rare. The price is fair for how big our space is. Cons: Building is old and dirty, some neighbors are really weird. If you have an apartment facing 99th st is very noisy all day and night. Advice to landlord: A few improvements on signs, cleaning etc. they should install cameras and restart pest control...
