Decent building but has room for improvement in some areas.

This place has so much potential, but because the mgmt company is so cheap, living in this building is like living in the housing projects. this place is infested with mice and cockroaches because of the poor sanitary conditions of the building. The exterminator never comes to treat the building, which causes the amount of pests to increase. Overall, the maintenance of this place is poor and the super and his staff will only fix things when it becomes a serious problem; they are lazy. If the mgmt company would just spend a little bit more money on the upkeep of this building rather than being so cheap, this would be an awesome spot to live. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here until the building does something about the infestation of cockroaches and mice.
