Pros: Live in Super Spacious Apartment Maintenance was responsive Cons: Roaches were very common in common areas and apartments. Advice to landlord: better extermination methods

Unit 1A Pros: My apartment has a good amount of space Cons: I just moved in and there have been a bunch of roaches coming out of the walls. I’ve never lived with roaches before and I’m extremely terrified of them. Not only that but they got rid of the doorman, the intercom doesn’t work, it’s not accessible for disabled people, there’s been a huge hole in the lobby ceiling for over a week. If i had know this building sucked like this I would’ve never moved in! Advice to landlord: Renovate and update this building it’s not doing well at all

Pros: Good heat in the apartment Cons: Noise from tenants the smell of pot and cigarettes the building management does nothing about the problem can’t wait to move out. Advice to landlord: Do something about tenants complaints.
