I’ve been here for about eight years and have moved within the building as well. The super and doorman are nice and friendly. The area is safe and it’s so nice to be close to the water. Some of the people in the building are rude and entitled. While I have not had any incidents, a neighbor had an interaction with a woman in the laundry room spewing racist comments at her. mgmt didn’t do anything because she’s the wife of someone connected to the owners of the building or something. The leasing manager is misogynistic and I am one of many female tenants who’ve had this type of experience. New leasing manager

Door men are awesome, moving in is easy and this place is a good mix of young professionals and families. There's some construction going on on the outside of the Besidence

Ideal location, close to the waterfront and all the trains. Gym in the building. Some nice apartments with high ceilings. Poor maintenance of gym equipment.
