Unit 3F Pros: Responsive and kind Owner. Clean building, common areas are cleaned very regularly. The entire building was completely renovated in the last few years so all units are modern. Good quality appliances. In Unit Washer/Dryer. Fair prices Cons: High electric bills due to the unit being 100% electric powered. Hot water doesn’t always last too long. Initially had issues with setting up the internet through coax outlets and with ConEd supplying power. Advice to landlord: Great job! I consider this to be a great apartment and building
