location's amazing, clean building, friendly neighbors, nice new Aad units. Wadsworth Terrace is a small street and the noise outside can get a bit loud sometimes, especially when the road is blocked and people start honking. If you’re moving in/out, pick a day and time during alternate side parking - it will save you a headache. I can’t think of any.

The apartments are nicely renovated with plenty of closets and modern touches . Super lives on same block . Most neighbors are reasonably Fffable . Location for A/ 1 train is helpful. Nice neighborhood area for Parks/ recreation along the Hudson. Picturesque area. The mgmt tries to do a good when you bring up problems to them. Easy rent payment online . Attentive to emails The renovations were done at the cost of being able to hear neighbors upstairs and downstairs due to thin flooring in between . creaky when they walk and you can even hear the vacuum plenty of cracks along the seams of the corners due to low quality renovations . plenty of package theft due to area and no help in posting photo of those who sneak in. property needs more attention-outside steps cracking/ door knob on outside door easy stuck down easy to enter. mopping/ sweeping of the floors more often . A package locker appreciated people are out during the day when deliveries are made. Garbage area sometimes hard to get to. Use of back area for parking bikes hard to access

Washer/dryer in Alat, renovated Besidence, Renuinely nice neighbors.1 this place is on a one way street which makes it annoying since everyone starts to honk. The bodega on the side of the Besidence adds it's loud especially in the summertime when the certain low-lives are drinking all day and night. Be more attentive

great spot, well-maintained complex, welcoming community members, modern renovated units throughout. Wadsworth Terrace sits on a compact thoroughfare where external sounds can become somewhat bothersome at times, particularly during traffic jams when horns blare frequently. When relocating in or out, schedule your move on an alternate side parking day and time - it will prevent considerable hassle. Nothing comes to mind otherwise.
