Pros: Beautiful river views. Well-staffed. Building is clean and well-managed. Apartments are large and pin drop quiet. Lots of amenities. Neighbors are friendly. Great closet space. Very clean. Cons: Bike storage is vertical and a bit of a pain if you’re small or lack strength. It’s a bit of a walk to catch a train at Columbus. Shuttle helps, but it’s only during rush hour during the week. Advice to landlord: More shuttle bus hours like other properties in the neighborhood.

Pros: I cannot think of a bad thing to say about this building. It is managed very professionally, the apartment was spotless and well maintained when I moved in and the front desk staff are amazing. Wonderful amenities too! Cons: I never want to leave! The shuttle bus was only Monday to Friday which was a pain but now they’ve extended it to weekends too which is great. People whine about the distance to the subway but the M57 crosstown bus is right outside the door and takes you to Columbus Circle where you can catch the subway - the free shuttle takes you right there too! Advice to landlord: The rents are a little on the high side especially for studios and one bedrooms but you get what you pay for! Please please do something about the tenants that stick crap on their front doors - I’m talking about decorations which are tacky and detract from the building.
