We absolutely loved the building ,the amenities, the way that the building was managed, the way the front door staff interacted with our children, the pool on weekends and at nights during the summer, the neighborhood and its proximity to restaurants, the Upper West side, central park, the museums and the sites and attractions in Midtown. If we hadn't been transferred to another city for work, we would have never left.

Clean grounds, responsive maintenance personnel, friendly and helpful concierge. Love the fast elevators and minimal wait. Also individual parking on site is wonderful to have. My apartment has good sound prof going and no problems.

The original management were so friendly and helpful getting me the apartment. I must say the move in process was a disaster as trying to park in front and unload without anyone willing to even hold open a door (except Steve) The halls are cleaned rarely. There is a stain in front of my door (I did not make it) for almost a month now. There are so many transients I feel like I live in a hotel and the current management is so un tenant oriented that they cannot be bothered to provide services when they think it will be more work for them I pay WAY too much to feel like I am not a priority

Amenities are incredible as well as appliances in the apartment. Apartment is very spacious and the finishes are beautiful. Ive been extremely comfortable in my apartment. The only down side Iv had is that the location is a bit inconvenient.

Of the many apartments I saw, the staff were the most professional, the building had the best facilities, the apartment had the highest Spec kitchen and bathroom. I thought this place would be too expensive, but I am glad I looked. Happy with my choice.

So far it has been a very good experience. We have been here for one year and are about to add one more year. We are very satisfied with the building as such and its staff. We have really nothing to complain about..

My husband I just recently moved here from the Upper West Side and really enjoy the building. There is a huge fitness center and some of my other friends and I in the building enjoy the spin classes they offer. I've had a few maintenance requests, nothing out of the ordinary. The walls are a little thin, but we noticed this from our last apartment building too, seems to be a construction trend. The building is situated a little closer to the Hudson so the walk from the subway can be a little cool. Our view overlooking the Hudson is pretty fantastic. It's a great building overall.
