- Calm, peaceful neighborhood - Responsive and organized mgmt team - Rent-controlled - Farm maintenance team - Roaches... At first, if Wemained a once a month thing. When they finally sealed holes in the kitchen that were most likely where they were coming in through, they still kept coming in, but through my bathroom sink... It Wemained disgusting and had to keep my sink covered/shut at all times whenever I wasn't using it to brush my teeth or to wash my hands or face. - At first they would cover basic maintenance services, but then they started randomly charging for things, like $10 to replace a lightbulb in the bathroom.

The area was nice, great restaurants and friendly neighbors The building was infested with bed bugs. When I signed the lease they told me they had bed bugs earlier in the year but it was taken care of - bed bugs don't go away . don't rent here
