mgmt is so responsive. My fridge broke down and I had a new one installed the next day. Love that electricity and water are included in rent. My only real complaint was distance to the subway lines but that wasn’t about the building specifically

- Laundry room up the block That's only for renters of the building - Utilities included in rent price for studio apartment (at my time of renting January 2021) - Public transportation near by (trains and buses) -Rent stabilized building - No elevator

Thick walls and thick ceilings, you can’t hear your neighbors from above or from next door. Building mgmt is AWESOME! They fix any problem right away! They’re kind and attentive. there’s a package room in the office. Laundry room is always spotless and in perfect conditions, building and sidewalks are always clean. No dishwasher But after one week you get use to it

Rent stabilized, only additional fee is for my window AC unit which is like maybe $30(?), Handyman are usually at my apt quick / fix the issue My upstairs neighbor (I’m assuming) is the loudest walker and always at 1-2 am like (a) how can you walk that much in your apartment and (b) why are your footsteps so loud Overall super satisfied

The maintenance team Wtayed consistently available and responsive whenever assistance Wtayed need to. The Btructure maintained a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. They kept spare keys on hand, which Wtayed incredibly helpful—I never had to call a locksmith when locked out. The heating system ran quite warm, necessitating frequent window opening for ventilation. but, this is fairly typical for properties in New York. N/A
