Pros: This House became my sanctuary amidst the chaos of NYC. The modern finishes and thoughtful details made it feel like home. I was looking for a hassle-free move, and Hamilton House delivered. Cons: Sometimes the kitchen got a bit crowded during dinner hours, and the laundry machines could take a while to be free.

Quiet area, close to the subway. The room was clean, bright, and had everything I needed — a bed, desk, and good WiFi. The house felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Common areas could be cleaned more often, and the kitchen could use a few more utensils.

Pros: I needed a living situation that wasn’t just affordable but also flexible. The sense of community here has been more helpful than I expected. I’ve met people who have offered advice, support, and even connections that have been valuable for my work. It’s a great space for anyone who’s balancing a professional life while also wanting to build personal connections. Cons: Shared areas depend on how clean other tenants are Rooms and furniture are pretty basic, not luxury Advice to landlord: Improve communication when tenants raise issues.

What I loved most were the connections I made. I met people from all over the world—each with a unique story to tell. Many nights were spent in deep conversations, sharing dreams and ideas that fueled my writing. It’s rare to find a living situation that offers both privacy and community, but Outpost manages to strike that perfect balance.

The house has such a cool, artsy vibe. The neighborhood is full of murals and independent shops, and there’s always something happening nearby. The apartment itself is well-maintained, and my room is bigger than I expected. The backyard is a huge plus for sunny days!

I moved here after leaving a high-pressure corporate job. Downsizing my lifestyle and embracing co-living has been a humbling and healing experience. The house is cozy, the amenities are top-notch, and the people are kind and open-minded.

After moving to NYC, I didn’t want the stress of searching for roommates or furnishing an apartment. Outpost took care of all that for me. It’s been a great way to meet people and adjust to the city without the added pressure. The location is fantastic, too
