responsive staff and mgmt, always responded same day to any concerns or repairs Staff mostly friendly Building and apartment in decent shape So far this year, it seems more than half of weeks there’s some kind of noise work during working hours. Some is building-related facade inspections work, and some is work on the sidewalk or street. mgmt was initially inconsistent at informing residents beforehand but have gotten much better. Keep giving us a consistent heads up before noise work starts so we can plan our work days.

location is solid, but busy Services have been severely cut. Elevators constantly out of service. Mgmt doesn't care about individual concerns, they are focused on their bottom line. Trash rooms are always a mess. grimy water often in sinks/showers. Invest in your building. Stop cutting services. Allow delivery to use all elevators. Archaic policies.
