I came to Waterline square looking for a luxury experience and water views. After meeting Neeta in leasing, I have found both. She has made the experience at waterline seamless, and I love living here. My guests always comment on how incredible the views and club are! It's also very helpful that the building accepts Bilt. I receive points for paying my rent which I can use to travel anywhere. It's unique to receive great service, a great apartment and rewards all in one place. I'm very grateful to have found this apartment and a staff that I love interacting with.

My family is about to move into Waterline Square and we could not be more excited. We have a very active 9-year-old boy and currently spend a fortune entertaining him at Chelsea Piers. No more! Between the pool, the basketball court, the tennis court, the music room, the half pipe, the recording studio, bowling, the art studio and golf simulator (not to mention all the classes like gingerbread house making, pilates, etc.) there is more to do here than maybe at any private club in Manhattan. My husband and I have lived in NYC for over 20 years and we have never seen anything like it! The building is well run and everything has been very smooth and easy. It has been a truly wonderful experience!

My experience at Waterline Square Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the apartments is truly top-tier, blending modern luxury with utmost comfort. What makes this place stand out is the staff - they are always ready to help with efficiency and a warm smile, making every interaction pleasant. The amenities are what set this place apart: a state-of-the-art fitness center, an impressive basketball court, a luxury pool, a sophisticated poker room, and even a bowling alley, offering a unique and enjoyable lifestyle. The overall atmosphere at Waterline Square is a perfect mix of sophistication and a welcoming community vibe, enhanced by extremely convenient location in the city. It’s an exemplary living choice in New York City, offering both luxury and convenience!

I have lived at Waterline Square (One Waterline Square) as a tenant since it opened in 2020 and it's truly been a wonderful experience. The apartments tend to be much larger than the rest of Manhattan (many one bedrooms around 1,000 square feet) and all of the furnishes and appliances are top notch. The maintenance team is also the best I have ever worked with, and essentially all maintenance issues were completely fixed in less than 24 hours (even minor/.cosmetic issues). The best thing for me about living at Waterline Square was the sense of living in the city while still feeling like I lived in a place where I could get away from the daily hustle of midtown. When you walk the very well manicured Waterline Square park landscapes with your dog, you will feel miles from NYC (and I mean that in the best possible sense). Top notch place to live and I truly recommend it - not your average NYC luxury community.

Our experience here at Waterline Square has been excellent without exception. The apartment and facilities are top notch, and the building staff is always friendly and helpful. The management office is a great part of Waterline Square. Ari Kliot is very professional and has always answered any questions promptly and courteously and has always done his best for us. We have been very impressed.

I've rented here for 2 years. Although a bit far from public transport, the location is quiet, clean, and modern with stunning architecture and views. The park outside is super chill and great for relaxing. The building is well-maintained and the staff are kind and helpful. The amenities and gym are impressive—it's a great find that some residents take for granted. The guys at the leasing office are stellar: shout out to Aaron and Korie.

I’ve lived in Manhattan for 10 years and can say unequivocally Waterline is the best place to live. Fostering an inclusive, community-based environment, Waterline is not just a place to live, but to make friends, have fun, and so much more. No ask is too big or small from their amazing employees, and the doorman are some of the kindest, warmest people I’ve ever met. Management is quick to respond and resolve any issues and wants every tenant to feel at home. Not a day goes by where I am not grateful to live here.

As recently minted empty-nesters, my wife and I decided to experience NYC by renting an apartment. We found a great location, last year, in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. The day we moved in, we observed Waterline from the windows of the new flat and became curiously enchanted with Waterline Square, from afar. As our lease was coming to term, this Spring, we considered whether we should renew that lease or explore pursuing one at Waterline. We contacted the leasing office and was directed to Kelly O’Neill. Kelly, from the moment we met, comported herself exceptionally. She was knowledgeable about the property, was able to expertly respond to all of our queries with aplomb. Despite our initial reticence in closing a deal, Kelly was gracious with her time and willingly embraced a follow-up meeting. I can say, without any hesitation, that our decision to initiate a lease was materially related to Kelly’s exceptionalism.

Living here has been such a great experience. The team is friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have only had two maintenance request in 10 months and both times they were fixed very quickly. The building is well maintained and aesthetically gorgeous. Definitely will be renewing for another year, nothing in New York can compare in the rental market.
