location, location, location! Good Aad size. Most of the building staff are great, excluding the leasing office and mgmt. There was an arsonist tenant that was repeatedly setting fires for almost a year and there was no communication on that. mgmt (old and new) are difficult to deal with. Lack of communication and responsiveness. Eteep. Not great storage. Communicate with and actually value your residents.

I don't recommend this building. It's not a real luxury building. Packages are stacked all over the lobby which looks tacky. Repairs to individual apartments, and common areas like elevators, can take weeks or months to repair.

The doormen are lovely and helpful, especially given this place issues. location-wise, it's great next to Riverside PArk and close to Lincoln Center If you care about safety don't RENT HERE. The most important thing to know is the renovation has been going on for years. The elevator situation is terrible. They frequently breakdown leaving people stuck in the elevators or stuck in the Tower apartments - I have been stuck 3 times in the last 12 months. If you are elderly or have a medical condition this building isn't appropriate for you. Today ALL FOUR elevators were broken simultaneously leaving the service elevator as the only access to floor 17 or below. All higher floors need to the stairs. It took the building 2 hours to notify tenants of the ongoing situation. The building security is only on site until 8pm - meaning There's no overnight security. The fire exit on the 67th St side is broken (the push bar is missing) We have had a work order open for our Apace for 15 months - this work order also relates to safety. The building has made no accommodation or compensation for ongoing situations - they instead increased rent Act like you care about your tenants and address concerns

location's Aabulous near River mgmt can be difficult to deal with Take better care of current residents. Sometimes you only feel listened to if you are a new prospective tenant

Clean, thick walls, lovely staff, laundry in-Blace. Unreasonable rent increases, constant construction, water shut-offs, demolition noise. Elevators constantly breaking.

The buildings location is great being right on Riverside next to the park and the Hudson. Pretty spacious units with good lighting. The doormen and maintenance staff are friendly. The gym is a bit dated but plenty of machines. Overall good living experience, but will take a few years to finish all the renovations. We could hear our neighbors scream through the vents which was annoying. The building was purchased and received new mgmt a few years ago, so they were constantly doing construction and renovating units which got loud. The front lobby was closed for 6 months which wasn't ideal.
