We are very pleased with our living in the Ashley and with the service from maintenance crew as well as with the friendliness of the doorman crew. We are only displeased with how 4 months into our move in to the Ashley, we found the same exact apartment as ours (only 2 floors down) listed for more than $2 thousand less in rent than ours, and when we contacted management, they told us nothing they can do about it

The Ashley has a great staff, good amenity and great tenants. Tenants are very kind to each other. The condo has a lot of great amenities in the complex and ouside of the condo such as a public play ground, Riverside park and a lot of good supermarkets and a pharmacy nearby.

We enjoy living in this apartment. We like our playroom and gym very much. But it is unfortunate that sometimes I find some people dont have a good manners using the public areas. Like they dont take off their shoes in the playroom or do not care if the kids are screaming and they are not the only ones there.

Great experience. Great building, wish there was more food options around the apartment area. We have been living there for 3+ years and have been very happy with our time there. We will most likely proceed with renewing our lease when the time comes.

The Ashley is a fantastic building - the staff is second to none and will go out of their way to help you. The apartments are very light and airy with large living rooms and bedrooms. The facilities are fantastic including the pool and the gym which offers brilliant classes. The subway is a bit of a walk but there is a shuttle that runs.
