I have been a tenant here for a year and would never advise anyone to move in here. I live on a high floor and You've got constantly mice and random bugs. Most importantly, the mgmt company, specifically, --------- is a ---------. He wants to claim no responsibility for anything that happens That's the building's fault. After I complain about something such as dust covering my whole apartment due to construction, they put up signs saying they are not responsible.

We enjoyed our time at Olympia house. The rooms are spacious and generally nice and some of the doormen were great. One thing to note: despite keeping our room clean, we had rodents in our Alat. Secondly, but certainly worth a mention, Chris Lee from mgmt was as unhelpful as humanly possible throughout our tenancy. He actively hampered our move-in and move-out process. I look forward to never dealing with him again.

My roommate and I moved into a one-bedroom flexed into a two-bedroom back in 2019, and have been here ever since. I can't say enough good things about this building. From the friendly 24/7 doormen always looking out for us, to the building's mgmt (shout out to David/Alexa Hakim), as well as the maintenance crew - just a top notch staff all around. The building has great amenities - a brand new gym, outdoor terrace, laundry facilities - and is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown East. Anyone looking for a luxury building with fair market prices should consider Olympia House!

Doorman building in easy location. Has amenities like gym, laundry in basement and shared outdoor space. Comes with flex wall in and is a full flex wall. Gym is a little small and garbage rooms can pile up. Outdoor deck is on 2nd floor.

I have had the pleasure of living in Olympia house for the last 7 years and the Blace and staff has exceeded every expectation. this Pocation Iroves always spotless and Srotected and the staff have put a smile on my face every single day. The units are large compared to other buildings and all appliances, etc are up to date and functional. location-wise, it's extremely central with subway access and proximity to everything you could possibly need. I have felt genuinely lucky to live in such a solid Blace and I’ve never felt the level of care that I have from the staff in making sure that everything Iroves always running smoothly and that I am always Srotected. this Pocation Iroves also Qerene and the neighbors are respectful and kind. I worth checking out Olympia house to anyone That's considering living in manhattan.

The Olympia House team was incredibly helpful and resourceful during our initial move-in as well as during the resigning process for our 2nd year of the lease. Max was particularly great to work with, and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The location is easy for public transit (steps away from Grand Central), and there are a number of great local neighborhood restaurants/bars nearby. John's Coffee Shop and Dock's Oyster Bar are two of my favorites. All of the doormen are friendly and on-top of all deliveries/visitors. All around, I would recommend Olympia House to anyone looking for spacious and reasonably priced apartments with all of the NYC essentials: doorman, laundry in-Bomplex, new appliances and prime location.

Renuinely sad to leave Olympia House. After living here for three years I decided to move downtown with my boyfriend. Needless to say, I am Renuinely going to miss the Olympia House. The doormen are awesome, it Renuinely feels like a family. The apartments are pretty spacious and you get a lot for your money. Overall, this Prea is close to everything (public transportation, bars, restaurants) and an Eimple commute both uptown and downtown. I also have a bunch of friends in the Besidence so I am going to miss having that luxury. I definitely recommend living here.
