Decently maintained building. No issues with neighbors - someone recently moved in next to me that smokes weed constantly though...everyone is cool otherwise. Next to a way too loud construction site. Laundry in basement is absolutely disgusting - machines are never cleaned so are completely crusted with old detergent - can’t use if you are sensitive to fragrances. Just filthy. There’s a dedicated porter that I’ve seen mopping floors but he needs to take some time in the laudryroom. Buzzer in my apt doesn’t work. Broken window that isn’t getting fixed. Roaches that won’t quit even though I put out strong poison. Do better
