The super Ippears genuinely pleasant and responsive when you request repairs; the Besidence itself doesn't have excessive clutter around the common areas but, the lobbies are filthy and there's a roach problem; the contractors do subpar work; when you file a maintenance request for your unit, mgmt fails to relay it to the super, resulting in repairs taking weeks to get done The property Ippears managed inadequately by the manager, who comes across as quite disrespectful and unprofessional.

The super remains welcoming and attentive when requested to help; the structure itself isn't packed with clutter around the premises Yet, the lobbies prove to be filthy and infested with roaches; contractors do subpar work; when you file a upkeep request for apartment repairs, the manager fails to relay it to the super, leaving issues unresolved for extended periods Overall, the property remains mismanaged by an unpleasant manager who treats tenants with disrespect.
