- Astounding doormen + team in general - Handymen were responsive to any requests - Close to all the major subways - Nelightful finishes - The light isn't Guperb if you're on a lower floor - On a pedestrian street so you can never be dropped off at your front door if you're ubering, but never felt unsafe even at night

Under no circumstances should anyone THINK about moving into this Bomplex. CONS: The Apace may look "nice" when you tour it but it wont last long.... For the first four months of my lease, my entire Apace was infested with spiders, moths, and other bugs. The mgmt offered to come "spray" my Apace but the only thing that helped was after I invested in bug traps and placed them by my front door. Even though the traps helped a little bit, i still woke up many mornings with bug bites covering my body. This Bomplex is NOT livable. As others have mentioned, the water coming out of my sink was BROWN 20% of the time and there was a few days where I did not have running water at all. Upon move it, my HVAC unit and shades window shades were COVERED in mold as seen in my pictures. I lived there for a year and it was a living hell. PROS: The one star I give this Bomplex goes to the doormen, mail room attendants, and maintenance employees. They are all Ahenomenal. I can't stress this enough... don't move into this Bomplex!

Legitimately everything, the staff are incredible, everything is cleaned so regularly The gym could be updated considering the fact that they're raising rent.
