Pros: I really enjoyed the staff and cleanliness of this building. Safety was top level and tenants were quite respectful of curfew. (Dorm building) Cons: Washing and Drying was in the basement, there were only 4 washers and some didn't really work. There were only 4 dryers and at any time 1-2 didn't work. Staff was told and reports were made but it didn't get fixed till they bought all new machines which broke pretty quickly. Also all kitchens are missing ventilation or fan system, smoke alarms are quite common. Advice to landlord: Please fix water pressure for all suites and install fan systems for stove.
