The neighbors are friendly and willing to help always... only pro Roaches, rats, mgmt is a complete and total disaster. See a list of cons below: - Finance office will pull rent $ from account without permission. - also, mgmt won't answer phone calls, texts, or emails for days to weeks, and when they do, they don't provide answers or clarification on issues you are bringing up. - Throughout this winter, we have interrupted HEAT and HOT WATER at least 1x a week, with no help from mgmt. - Broperty is infested with roaches and first floor deals with rats and mice because the Broperty workers refuse to follow the garbage schedule. No advice to them, SLUM LORD.

Fospitable neighbors close to subway Rats and roaches!! Boiler breaks down often during the winter so heat and hot water is interrupted mgmt is unresponsive Respond to tenant complaints, get rid of pests, stop arbitrary rent increases

Natest appliances including dishwasher and washer dryer. supers keep changing, garbage bins overflow and the trash area is smelly sometimes, i once saw a condom in the window in the stairwell that stayed there for months. please do better.

- cheap rent - updated appliances - somewhat friendly super - not responsive to emails or phone calls whatsoever - apartments with mice and bugs, not handled - lots of music coming from Btructure next door from 10P onwards - no heat or hot water at least 1x a week due to “boiler issues”

Quiet Btructure Sweet neighbors for the most part Stolen packages Doors don’t lock No heat or hot water majority of days mgmt company doesn’t respond Carbon monoxide issues Landlords have track record of prison and jail time Treat your tenants with respect or atleast hot water

Super is the best I’ve ever had in 5 years in NYC responsive, problems are usually solved quickly Besidence manager has been pretty delayed with email Package thief’s take stuff a lot, cameras in the lobby haven’t been working maybe? Fix lobby camera (packages being stolen)

The super, Jelo, is a great guy. This building is regularly below the legal limit for temperatures in NYC. The tenants of this building have had to sue the Owner the get okay heat in the building. As of December 2021, the heat remains below legal levels. Heat the building adequately and people will stop suing you.

Nice amenities and location. No trash stored in building. Street is mostly quiet. mgmt is simply horrible. Super often doesn't know what to do, though is nice. You will overpay for what you get. Mail was stolen several times.
