Pros: clean smells good, occasional events for residents. Cons: the walls in your bedroom are extremely thin and the sound travels through window. the noise is unescapable if you live in studio unit or shares a bedroom wall with your neighbor. you complain it to your management but they won't give a shit won't do anything about it. the doormen are discrimanoty and treat you based on your race.
