Pros: Close to A train subway, near back side of building is pretty quiet for the area. Cons: Issues with bugs and layout/finishing; unit was converted from studio to a 2BR and done rather quickly, so rooms were small and doors did not hang flush and were installed backwards.

Pros: Rent was cheap (~2300 for 3 BR/1 Bath), rooms were relatively large Cons: Roaches, ceiling leaked and was difficult to get fixed, water sometimes stopped running or had really low pressure Advice to landlord: Notify people when pest control was coming, more communications about water pressure and heat when it wasn’t optimal, etc.
