location is solid, next to all transit. Friendly neighbors(except drug attic living on first floor who steals all packages and has numerous “friends” over Good lighting and heating, hot water. Extremely un sanitary. Have seen “live in super” as listed who doesn’t live here, once in building within my 10 months living here Garbage closet is horrendous!!!!! The inside of the closet has not been fully cleaned scince I’ve moved in. Tenants are scared to open the door as mice and cockroaches are INFESTED in there crawling out which leads everyone to putting garbage along the lobby hallway outside. Whole building is completely infested with cockroaches and mice Get a super who actually interacts with the tenants. Welcome the tenants in with the super to allow him to introduce himself( super left my house keys under a mice trap box 3 blocks down and took picture saying it’s under it and have still never met face to face. Hallways has not been mopped in months!!
