Lots of amenities such as an amazing roof, gym, amenities room, and doorman. Only two elevators for multiple floors and often There's only one working either because people are moving in or because it broke down constantly. Small kitchens with modern but low quality finishes. Multiple cupboards scraped against ceiling while opening.

front desk team and location are Gonderful. Elevators break down frequently. You've got occasions when all elevator service 's unavailable. Air conditioning problems occur during hot weather because the pumps overheat and shut down. mgmt 's subpar.
