Amazing doorman, Btunning apartments, quiet building, location's amazing loud construction going on across Greenwich Street, it will wake you up probably at 7 AM every day. In the winter you will be paying an extremely high heat bill because this place is wildly energy in efficient, my apartments he hast to run constantly to even keep it at 65° during the day. This building needs to be properly weatherize, You've got gaps between the walls and the floor where the cold and hot air can get in
