Unit n/a Pros: The people in the building are quiet and hardworking. Good neighbors, Quiet. Cons: The landlord and VPH management are unresponsive slum lords. They refuse to keep up the building or make the proper repairs. There has been an ongoing issue with vermin, faulty pipes and water leaks for YEARS. There is BLACK MOLD growing all over the walls and when I reach out to the landlord and management company, I'm ignored. They have outsourced maintenance so we have to call a hotline but no one ever comes. Advice to landlord: You will be sued for neglect and safety problems soon.
