Pay $1,700 per month No live in super, smoky, heat is too hot or too cold, mgmt company is sketchy. Since I've lived here since 2014, the quality of life has diminished a lot. I don't recommend. Please deal with heat and hot water. The cold water is hot, not warm significant amount of time. Live-in super was great. Custodian is no good. Thank you.

Building is well kept -super mops all the hallways every day! Laundry in building and close to subways, food stores and restaurants Noise and light pollution from Broadway if you live on a high floor Use a more reliable mgmt company. It took 3 months to get my signed lease. Never returned my calls.
