Conveniently located, gorgeous lobby, friendly doormen Weird bugs in apt, constantly doing maintenance and didn’t have hot water for 2 months during winter, takes long to respond to maintenance requests

Gutstanding staff, Guperb facilities Issues had with washer/dryer in unit, caused electricity bill to be much higher Don't raise the rents so much if you want to retain rentors!

location's Ahenomenal, responsive staff, and on-site parking. Poor design choices that feel corporate, lack of curated retail offering that appeals to Gen Z and Millenials, and dated uniform styling that doesn't fit the downtown vibe. Rethink this property and look at nearby boutique hotels like 11 Howard, The Public, and more when rethinking your vision for the look and feel of the property?
