Doormen are extremely nice. location's amazing and overall reliable. Street noise from 3rd ave is constant. Bathroom and kitchen could use updates. Consistent rent increases YoY with no major improvements to the building or any to the unit.

location's amazing, easy access to everything Super is racist and extremely verbally abusive. He also goes out of his way to be rude to any guests you may have over. Had to seek legal action against him to feel safe in building. Don't let new tenants sign without meeting super first.

1. Window and views are nice 2. New appliances 3. Neighbors are quiet 1. street noise if facing the street 2. sink sometimes clogged maybe should have a full-time doorman for the price
