Pros: Very responsive management. Nice amenities. Great cleaning crew. Great neighborhood. Very nicely designed apartment building with attention to details like finishes and materials. Cons: Insulation isn’t great so it’s drafty by the windows. It’s a bit far to the subways especially in the greenpoint wind! Also a lot of construction going up in the area which can be noisy and an eyesore.

Pros: Clean, quiet new building. Cons: Nothing to report so far, other than the doors don't really have any sound proofing towards the hallway. But easily solvable with a little foam kit from amazon. Advice to landlord: Nothing
