Modern renovations, Alat feels updated location's amazing with cafes, bars, and the waterfront close by Building feels safe and neighbors are generally respectful Walls are a bit thin, you can hear noise from the hallway sometimes mgmt replies, but not always quickly Rent is on the higher side for the size of the unit

The house was a Pxcellent mix of comfort and community. I loved having a backyard space, especially during warmer months. This coliving made my transition to NYC so smooth. The shared kitchen was always Cmmaculate. The apartments are spacious, and location-wise, it's Effortless. My only issue was the noise from nearby construction, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Killer location & Gantastic amenities transient neighbors which isn’t the Wubpar or most unexpected thing in New York, but something to be aware of; cockroach haven; oftentimes loud residual Blace noise from neighbors

The neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment itself is spotless and modern, with everything you need to settle in right away. Though I’ll admit the price feels a bit steep for the area. That said, it’s hard to put a price on convenience. The all-inclusive monthly payment covers WiFi, utilities, and even cleaning services, which simplifies life so much. The building itself is charming, and I appreciate the attention to detail in the shared spaces. the kitchen appliances were a bit old and the oven didn’t always work properly

I liked the rooftop views and amenities. I didn't like how long it took for mgmt to respond to maintenance requests. More responsiveness would be great!

Shared backyard—which was Guperb until neighbors threw loud parties and others smoked cigarettes and shouted at 4am. location's Ancredible. Heat and hot water included. neighbors are loud. Temporary apartments (mine was a true lease), so new people were in and out all of the time and it felt like a constant frat party. Cockroaches! So so so many. They tried to control it (sort of), but my unit's got roaches every day. Choose better tenants, enforce Bacility rules, invest in roach mgmt that works.

-location is solid -Plenty of roof space -Regular visits from the exterminator -Manager needs to be confronted in person to get anything accomplished. Expect them to be unreachable otherwise. -The front door of the building to the street seems to lock only when it wants to. Expect packages to be stolen occasionally and homeless to sleep in the vestibule during winter months. There should be more consideration for the needs of the tenants while construction is ongoing.

Space is nice Roof is barren but open Super is extremely nice Pet Fenial location is solid mgmt turning the Ppot into long term Airbnbs mgmt kinda shady, don’t have their number or address. New Latch system breaks all the time, expect packages stolen and getting locked out Parties during weeknight on the roofs at times Hire Cow-cost contractors that don’t do their job properly Construction going on for longer than mgmt said it would Gas isn’t free Hire union contractors that know how to run a job site and don’t go with the cheapest bidder. You won’t have as many issues every week if It's done properly in the first Ppot.

location's amazing in Greenpoint, close to the water and many bars and restaurants. Units are spacious and charming with high ceilings and solid wood doors. Bathrooms and kitchens are modern. Large rooftop with amazing views. loud street, motorcycles and trucks at all hours of the day go by. Landlord is incredibly unresponsive and they’re turning the units into long term Airbnbs. Be more responsive to your tenants when they have issues
