Pros: -Clean -great location -decent super Cons: -management sucks for bigger issues (had a fire next door and couldnt reach them) -occasional roaches but there is a monthly exterminator visit -front is very loud with windows open

Pros: Nice rooftop and view of Manhattan, updated hallways. Great block Cons: Our unit was advertised as having laundry in unit then didn't. Move-in was chaotic and the management was not very helpful
