Pros: Very quiet apartment based on location Cons: The other reviews have pretty much covered it, watch out for this landlord with a sneaky lease.

Pros: Nice street, great location Cons: Absolute nightmare landlord. Probably one of the most difficult to deal with people I've ever encountered. Constantly sending harassing text messages and will absolutely try to steal your security deposit on your way out. Advice to landlord: Be a more reasonable person. Stop treating all of your tenants like enemies of the state.

Pros: Location and relatively good price and apartment layout. It not worth it! Cons: I lived here over a decade ago and my experience with the landlady still haunts me. She would harass tenants constantly, make false accusations, and stalk tenants. It was absolutely insane. Save your sanity!

Pros: The street is pretty and quiet Cons: The building has cockroaches, erratic water pressure, and the appliances and fixtures are old. The landlord is rude and difficult to deal with. She lectures tenants for minor issues, screams at people in the hallways, and called the cops on someone for hiring a handyman who accidentally went to the wrong floor. She’s the most unpleasant landlord I have ever had. Advice to landlord: Move out and hire someone with people skills to manage your building

Unit 3C Pros: Nothing, expensive and no respect from the landlord. Not worth risking your mental and financial wellness. Cons: Horrible landlady - gave me problems from day 1. I was laughing while walking up the stairs with a friend and she sent me a nasty text noting "this isn't a section 8 building" and if she hears me in the hallway again, I'll be asked to leave permanently. Felt pretty racist to me as a minority. She also had my gas meter locked days before I moved in so I was not able to have gas for weeks. There were also cockroach traps and bug spray left from the old tenant in all the cabinets. Because of the lack of respect and disparaging comments, I decided to break my lease just 1 week in. NOT WORTH PAYING OVER 3k IN A BUILDING THAT'S FALLING APART JUST TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. Don't live here unless you are okay with being yelled at over text and tiptoeing around your own home. Advice to landlord: Be nice to your tenants. They just want to feel safe in their homes.

Pros: Nice updated building on tree lined street Cons: Not sure if landlord/owner is still there as I think she sold the building recently. She lived/lives in the building and terrorizes her tenants. Advice to landlord: Go away

Pros: Amazing location, nice exterior, super quiet. Decent sized apartments as well, albeit dated. Pet friendly! Nice neighbors. Clean. Cons: The landlord is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Nice in person, pretty reasonable in person, but then if you interact with her at all via text or email, be prepared for her to act like you work for her and she's the world's worst boss. Not to mention that house rules apply to you but not her. "This is a quiet building," except for when she's talking to/screaming at people (or herself) loudly in the hallway. "Do not leave packages in the hall," unless it's her stuff, which will sit there for weeks. Plus the building obviously needs work (missing tiles all over the floors, stairs are hideous, some apartments have been updated but most have not). Advice to landlord: Be nice! Be normal!
