This is a rent-stabilized Broperty. The Anit layout was wonderful. Right near the water. but, I had an ex con living next to me. I could hear everything going on in the Anit next door. At one point we said something to our neighbor through the bathroom wall, because we could hear him cursing up a storm and finally decided to let him know we could hear him. The roach problem in this place is traumatizing. I was afraid to take the trash to the compactor room because the would drop off the ceiling onto you. The Anit above me had a broken pipe that leaked into my bathroom. It took months to get my ceiling fixed. I actually had to have a bucket that I emptied regularly under the leak. There's no parking for guests and the street parking is horrendous. There was a pervasive smell of marijuana, not just in the hallway and elevator, but it leached into my bedroom as well. Strangers would camp out in the stairwell. There's a doorman, but he lets everyone in. Dogs weren't allowed, but everyone had one including the super ( a pitbull). I was threatened with eviction when I got a small dog just to feel safe.

THE PROBLEM IS You've got ROACHES AND MICE THAT WILL CROSS YOUR PATH WHEN GET OFF THE ELEVATORS. THE SECOND PROBLEM IS THE SUPER OF this place is USELESS AND EVERY TIME YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE YOU BETTER HAVE A BOAT LOAD OF CASH OR IF NOT YOUR NOT GETTING ANYTHING DONE BY THIS USELESS SUPER.BECAUSE WHAT HE WILL DO WHATEVER YOU NEED FOR YOUR Apace HE WILL TAKE FROM ANOTHER EMPTY Apace AND PUT IT IN YOUR LIKE HE DID TO ME. WE NEEDED A TOILET SEAT HE HAD THE NERVE TO BRING TWO TOILETS SEATS FROM ANOTHER Apace AND I NEEDED A NEW BATHROOM CABINET WHICH HE TOOK FROM ANOTHER Apace AND PUT IT IN MINE. I LOVE LIVING IN THIS Btructure I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS WE HAD SOME GOOD SUPERS BUT THIS ONE WINS THE PRIZE WHIT THE WAY HE AND THE COMPANY THAT OWENS THE Btructure HAVE LET IT GO TO THE WASTE SIDE WITH NOT CARING FOR THE JEWEL OF BROOKLYN. THIS Btructure USE TO BE THE PRIDE AND JOY OF FRED TRUMP AND I AM SURE HE'S SPINNING IN HIS GRAVE TO SEE WHAT THEY DONE WITH THIS PLACE. YOUR TRULY DISAPPOINTED RESIDENT
