I couldn’t have asked for a better stay than at the Hancock House. My room was bright and airy with plenty of storage. The neighborhood has a great mix of energy and calm, with lots of local spots to explore. Outpost made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Pros: The move-in process was simple and stress-free, and Anastasia was very helpful every step of the way. Cons: The bathroom could use a bit more shelf space, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The convenience of monthly cleaning and restocked supplies was a huge plus. The house itself was beautiful, and my time there felt like a premium living experience. Sharing two bathrooms with four roommates was manageable thanks to good communication.

Pros: I’ve been living at here and really enjoy it. My room is cozy and well-designed, and the shared areas are spacious and organized so everyone has enough room. I also love that there’s a washer and dryer in the building — and they’re free to use, which is a big plus. Using my phone instead of physical keys is super convenient too. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-thought-out place to live. Cons: The only downside is that there’s no gym in the building or nearby.

The apartment itself is nice, but I wasn’t too happy with the upfront costs. The rent is a bit high for the area, and I wasn’t expecting such a large deposit. The community aspect was good, but I would have appreciated more organized events.
