Pros: The super is so nice and responsive, garbage shoots on each floor make trash easy, Cons: Water bugs in the basement, management is slow to respond, packages gets stolen a lot and the drier doesn’t work half the time Advice to landlord: Please fix the laundry’services and get a second super

I was away from the street and didn't - Dead roaches down near recycling area
